Mr. Leistman has lectured extensively on real property tax matters before bar associations, governmental and civic groups. He also serves as an Executive Board Member of the Association for a Better Long Island; is a director of Big Brothers and Big Sisters of Long Island; is a member of the Institute of Property Taxation, International Council of Shopping Centers; Board member of the Louis Acompora Memorial Foundation; and member of the Nassau County Executive Assessment Reform Team (2010).
