Are You Being Over Assessed?

In the state of New York, your property taxes are determined by the assessing unit of your local County, Town, Village or City. Each parcel of property is given an assessed value based on various improvements made upon it.  If an assessed value is excessive the owner can grieve his assessment in an effort to get that assessment lowered.

As a free service to you, please take a moment to fill out the following form. Based on the information provided, our staff will determine whether your property is being grossly over assessed.
