Real Property Tax & Condemnation Attorneys at Koeppel Martone & Leistman, L.L.C. are admitted to numerous jurisdictions including New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, District of Columbia, Florida, and Georgia. We have provided tax reduction and condemnation services for clients in all of these states. The firm’s extensive experience comes from “both sides of the fence.” Many of our attorneys initially worked for municipalities in New York City, Nassau, Suffolk and Westchester Counties or as special counsel. Adolph Koeppel and Michael R. Martone were in the Nassau County Attorney’s Office handling tax certiorari and condemnation matters.  Risë E. Rosen worked for the Nassau County Treasurer in the processing, calculation, and distribution of tax certiorari refunds. Carol Rizzo interned for Federal magistrate Jordan of the Eastern District Court as well as handled tax certiorari matters for the Islip Town Attorney’s office. Myrna A. Cadet-Osse handled condemnation and tax certiorari matters for the Corporation Counsel of the City of New York.  Jason M. Penighetti interned for Justice Anthony Marano, now the Administrative Judge for the Nassau County Supreme Court. Ryan C. Hild interned for Justice Francis Alessandro of the Bronx County Civil Court.

Our multi-state admissions give us the ability to provide you with representation and legal guidance in a number of states.
